Last week in part 1 of Finding Your Niche, Kathi and Michele explained to us why it is so important to find your niche, and today they give us the how. Finding your niche all begins with two things: your passion and your audience’s needs. But what if you don’t know what those two things are? Kathi and Michele explain how to identify your passion (hint: what is it you can’t stop talking about?), and how to know who your audience is and why they need your expertise and experience. Once those things have been identified, Kathi gives us a few questions to ask ourselves:
- What do I have to offer?
- Who’s going to listen?
- What is my niche within the niche?

Kathi’ sentence template for helping to put your niche into perspective:
